Synopsis: A supernatural entity reveals itself the day of Leticia’s father’s funeral. Secrets long buried begin to surface and Leticia’s world is turned upside down. Nothing is as she believes.

“The Blue Drum” was selected among hundreds of projects as part of NALIP’s Women of Color Incubator sponsored by Netflix. Only 4 filmmakers participated in the inaugural program. The participants were mentored from pre-production through post-production by industry leaders in writing, directing, production, among other departments.

“The Blue Drum” will be premiering in Los Angeles, CA in October 2022 at Screamfest LA.
